Shipping & Returns //
All UK orders are delivered via APC courier on a standard service. This is usually a 1-2 day service, however if you need next day delivery, please get in touch or leave a note on your order and we will try to accommodate/let you know what is possible. We will need you to have completed your order by midday to enable next day delivery.
International Delivery (including Channel Islands) is via Royal Mail and estimated delivery is within 7-10 days. If you would like a courier quote to recieve your order sooner, please get in touch.
Deliveries will not take place on UK Bank Holidays. The following UK postcodes do not offer guaranteed next day delivery and your package should arrive within 2-3 working days:
HS2, KW16-17, PA61, PA62-75, PA78, PH 30, PH41, PH42, PH43-44, ZE2-3.
The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes in their own country. Shipping rates are as follows:
UK standard — £5.00
International – £12.50
Easy Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with the fit of your shoes, you can return them for a full refund excluding freight charges, or exchange them for a different size. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us by email within 7 days after the day of delivery. We will then provide a returns form which should be included when returning your purchase. Unfortunately, post and packaging costs are non-refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of postage and either provide a refund or exchange.
All products being returned must be: in full; in their original condition; unused, un-damaged, un-soiled, and un-altered; and complete with all original Taschka packaging. Any boxes and dust bags should be included and are deemed part of the product. All shoes must be tried on only on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Unidentified packages may be returned to the sender and this returns policy will cease to apply. We are not obliged to accept returns that do not meet the above conditions, and we may (a) refuse a refund in such case, and (b) send such products back to the customer, or require the customer to arrange for their collection from us, in each case at the customer's cost.
