This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.


All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Taschka as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to Taschka will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request for Taschka to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Taschka conditions, you agree to the above.

*For next working day deliveries, please place your order no later than 11am on the working day prior to delivery. 
Deliveries will not take place on UK Bank Holidays. The following UK postcodes do not offer guaranteed next day delivery and your package should arrive within 2-3 working days:

HS2, KW16-17, PA61, PA62-75, PA78, PH 30, PH41, PH42, PH43-44, ZE2-3. 

The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes in their own country.


If you are unhappy with the fit of your shoes, you can return them for a full refund excluding freight charges, or exchange them for a different size. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us by email within 7 days after the day of delivery, explaining why you have requested a refund. We will then provide a returns form which should be included when returning your purchase. Unfortunately, post and packaging costs are non-refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of postage and either provide a refund or exchange.

All products being returned must be: in full; in their original condition; unused, un-damaged, un-soiled, and un-altered; and complete with all original Taschka packaging. All boxes and dust bags should be included and are deemed part of the product. All shoes must be tried on only on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. All products returned should include the returns form to allow easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified packages may be returned to the sender and this returns policy will cease to apply. We are not obliged to accept returns that do not meet the above conditions, and we may (a) refuse a refund in such case, and (b) send such products back to the customer, or require the customer to arrange for their collection from us, in each case at the customer's cost.
